Denied Life Saving Treatments

My mother passed away in the ICU in October 2021. On her death certificate is listed Cardiac Arrest (when we took her off the ventilator), Pneumonia and then Covid 19.
I was looking through some of her records - I took screenshots of her test results from her first day, October 3, to the 18th.. she passed the 21st. I accessed these through her portal with her login and password she gave me. I was her patient advocate but wasn't able to really visit her until the 14th of October, after she had already been in the hospital for 11 days and it was only because I had asked about visiting. We were only allowed to see her through a glass window as we sat in the hallway in the ICU watching her. Very dehumanizing. They gave her Remdesivir for 5 days upon her checking into the ICU. Set Up For Death
There were several complications during the entire process including a pneumothorax AFTER they intubated her. Blood clots in her leg. Internal bleeding after they inserted the chest tube (twice) in which she needed blood transfusions and also I noticed, according to her portal test results, her Procalcitonin levels were very low PRE intubation, .10 on the 3rd, .12 on the 14th (morning of intubation) and then shoots up to 1.34 on the 16th. Which meant bacteria entered her body somewhere along the lines and it could have created a possible Sepsis infection, which was also listed on her records.
I remember signing some papers after she was intubated and was in place for the chest tube. Then I had to sign some papers for the blood transfusion. Her kidneys started to fail which I also read could be from Remdesivir use. My mom texted me on the morning of the 14th (day of intubation) that the hospital told her she was anemic. Also on the morning of the 14th (same day they intubated her, after I spoke with the doctor), she texted me that while she was sleeping, her CPAP was leaking and she thinks they didn't fix it which brought her oxygen down. That was the last text conversation I had with her. She died on the ventilator after her body shut down, 7 days later.
